The Communication Studies major offers students opportunities for learning, professional development, student activities and employment. You will take 24 credits of core courses and another 24 credits or more in elective courses chosen from across the College, for a total of 48 credits.

You can choose from one of three pre-designed concentrations, or you can design your own concentration to help you focus your studies in the exact way you’d like. In addition, you’ll gain valuable experience through our internship program, and you can take part in a Senior Capstone seminar that helps you synthesize what you’ve learned and puts you on the path to achieving your goals for the future.
